Data minimization
What is Data minimization?
Data minimization limits the personal information collected, used and retained to what is necessary for a specified purpose.
Map source data, model requests, logs, exports and derived copies. Each needs an owner, access boundary and retention plan.
Removing names alone does not establish anonymity. Context may still identify a person; legal and contractual requirements need qualified review.
