AI unit economics
What is AI unit economics?
AI unit economics measures the total cost of delivering an accepted outcome, including inference, orchestration, human review, and relevant failure costs.
An acceptance rule defines the denominator. Rejected attempts and their review time remain part of the cost.
Falling token prices do not guarantee lower workflow expense if task complexity, usage, or review effort rises.
