Claude Duet
What is Claude Duet?
Claude Duet is Anthropic’s proactive personal AI agent for delegated work in connected apps, introduced as an invitation-only research preview in October 2026.
Duet works on a cloud computer and returns briefs, drafts and files. It shares the user's Claude plan limits, including background work, and is initially available to US Pro and Max subscribers.
Anthropic documents approval boundaries for messages, purchases, signatures and deletion, while some actions remain prohibited even with approval. Human review remains necessary.
