The Lab

Questions I couldn't stop poking at.

Long before any of this paid the bills, I'd get snagged on an idea — why a doubling bet always loses, how a single neuron teaches itself, why almost every Wikipedia article secretly funnels to Philosophy — and the only way to shake it loose was to build the thing and watch it move.

Most of these are those builds, dragged out of dead libraries and Python 2 scripts and rebuilt to run right here in front of you. One of them — a table of liars arguing itself to death — is new, and got out of hand.

Poke at them. Break them. That is what they are for.
